Rooftop Wellness Event

It's been a busy few months here and I'm looking forward to sharing with you the changes that are in the works.
In the mean time, I've put together a fabulous rooftop event at my Manhattan home this Saturday that I would love for you to attend!
We're
going to have a variety of practitioners in different fields of
wellness, including acupuncture, massage, reiki, personal training,
meditation and more! We'll also be serving beverages and snacks and
you'll get to check out fabulous natural body products from Soap Cartel.

Proceeds are going to Heart Speak which is a fabulous charitable organization that unites artists and shelters and animal relief centers to save the lives of animals and to better the lives of people.
We're starting the morning at 11am with a yoga class on the roof - the weather is supposed to be perfect so come on out and start your weekend right!
